Lots of protein (21g) but high in fat, with 7g of saturated fat listed of a total fat of 18g. Dieters should cut the serving size to ½ cup and still get the delicious taste of hash with half the numbers shown above. Used as suggested as a stuffing for green peppers, this product would be an inexpensive, filling, and much more nutritious dinner alternative to a packaged “diet” meal, with fewer undesirable additives.
