Infection
Connection 2nd
Edition Synopsis: The withdrawal of drugs like Vioxx and Bextra from the
market have left arthritis sufferers in pain and searching for options. Recent
findings indicate that NSAIDs (Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs) can be
more toxic than previously believed. Now more than ever, there is a need for
alternative treatments that have a high probability of recovery without harmful
side effects.
The premise of this book is that microbial
colonies of infections including mycoplasma bacteria
and all kinds of other pathogenic microbes have been shown to be persistent co-factors
in many autoimmune disorders besides Rheumatoid Arthritis. These infections
aggravate Multiple Sclerosis, Autism, Fibromyalgia, Scleroderma, Lupus, COPD,
chronic cystitis, CFIDS, Gulf War Illness, tendonitis (i.e., Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome), as well as painful sports injuries that fail to heal. Hallmarks of
microbial infections include joint pain, inflammation, bursitis, and chronic
fatigue. Fatigue is an indication of a
systemic infection and of cellular dysfunctions caused by the microbes that have
invaded our cells. They are stealing energy and oxygen as they disrupt our
cellular bio-chemical functions.
This book describes scientifically proven
antibiotic, antimicrobial and antiinflammatory treatments, along with nutrition
and diet methods to strengthen the immune system. This is a combination that
offers a viable alternative to the dangerous drugs that are now being
discredited as a single drug cure. Unlike incomplete medical treatments for RA,
these protocol components address treating the causes (microbes) and the
symptoms (inflammation) together, not just temporary relief from pain.
